While preparing my home for a move, I had to break down Studio South to prepare for viewing. This left me with 10 days of abstinence. I usually have my sketch book with me in preparation for ideas that may pop up. I decided to get a larger one to draw and paint each day. It was not only stress relieving, but a release of hidden emotions. It forced me to communicate in a different way, and develop many compositions. Give it a try, it might lead to something wonderful!
