It is certainly the time of year to think about loved ones. I recently refinished one of three steamer trunks that my Mom brought with her from Scotland. It was a personal wedding gift for my niece. We chatted and recanted stories about her Gammie who she remembers a bit.
Ancestors can be your muse, you can enjoy talking to them when you are contemplating almost anything.
It can be family, mentors, and those who have gone before us.
We are all surprisingly connected. All of you have interacted on some level with me; with each other.
I hope I have been a source of positive guidance in your art journey.
